Returns

You have the right to return your entire order or part of it within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Your return will be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

Products sold with a discount of 40% or more are excluded from the return policy. In any case of final sales where the discount rate is ≥40%, returns are not accepted.

The purchase must have been made exclusively through our online store (online or by phone).

The product(s) must be in their original condition and all special tags (e.g. protective materials, tags, labels) must not have been removed.

They must not show any signs of use, must not be dirty, and must not have any odors.

Clothing and footwear from which the tag has been removed, or that have been used beyond simple try-on, are not eligible for return.

For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for earrings, underwear, swimwear, and belts.

For any return, you must first contact our company via message, email at info@valeri.gr, or by phone at 2631306800, Monday to Saturday 09:00–14:00.

The return package must include the completed RETURN FORM and the corresponding SALES RECEIPT.

If any or all of the above conditions are not met, VALERI reserves the right to refuse the return of the specific product. In this case, the product will be sent back to the sender, who will bear the shipping costs.

EXCHANGE

Our company will do its best to replace the returned product.

You must:

Fill in the code(s) of the item(s) you are returning in the relevant field

Fill in the code(s) of the item(s) you wish to receive as replacement in the relevant field

Once your return is received by our company, we will contact you by phone to confirm the availability of the new product(s) and proceed with the shipment. Before receiving the returned items, the company does not reserve or hold any replacement product(s).

Exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer, who may return the product using any courier of their choice.

REFUND

We first carefully inspect the product upon arrival at our company and then deposit the refund into the bank account you provided, after deducting return shipping costs.

Any initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using the same courier service used for your original order shipment (ACS Courier).

The return shipping cost is €4 via ACS Courier and is initially charged to our account. It is then deducted from the refund amount.

For orders over €100 where shipping was free, the customer will be charged both the shipping cost (€4) and the return cost (€4), which will be deducted from the refund.

For returns to/from Cyprus, the return cost is €20 via ACS Courier and is initially charged to our account. It is then deducted from the refund amount. For orders over €200 where shipping was free, the customer is charged both shipping (€20) and return costs (€20), which are deducted from the refund.

In case of purchase by cash on delivery or bank transfer, you must provide IBAN, bank name, and beneficiary name in the return form. The process is completed within 20 working days from the date we receive your return.

In case of credit/debit card payment, IBAN details are not required, as the refund will be made to the original card used for the purchase. The process is completed within 20 working days from receipt of the return.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, who may use any courier service of their choice.

IMPORTANT BAZAAR NOTE:

Items marked as special offer – BAZAAR are NOT eligible for exchanges or refunds.

ADDITIONAL VALERI.GR TERMS:

Refunds cannot be issued to the same customer more than 2 times within one year.

For DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS, refunds are NOT available.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you notice an error in your order (quantity or product type), or change your mind after placing an online or phone order, you may cancel the order only if the products have not yet been handed over to the courier company for shipment.
