present) defines the terms governing the use of this website (www.valeri.gr including
hereinafter also the website www.valeri.gr)
and the purchase of products through this website (hereinafter the “Terms”).
The website www.valeri.gr
is an electronic commercial store for the sale of products via the Internet
(hereinafter referred to as the “online store” or “website” or “site”) created
and operated by valeri.gr (hereinafter for brevity referred to as the
“Company”). The following terms and conditions will apply to the use of the
online store with the trademark valeri clothes which is located at the
electronic address www.valeri.gr.
Any user who enters and transacts or makes use of the
services of the online store (hereinafter referred to for brevity as “visitor”
or “user” or “customer” depending on whether they are limited only to visiting
the store or also proceed to order and purchase products and services) is
deemed to consent to and accept unreservedly the terms set out below, without
any exception.
If any user does not agree with these terms, then they must
refrain, at their own responsibility, from visiting, using the website as well
as from any transaction or use of the services of the online store. Any action
of the user in the online store, such as indicatively browsing it, registering
to the Company’s newsletter, or purchasing products, is considered as
unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use.
The Company reserves the right to freely modify or revise
the terms and conditions of use and transactions in the online store, whenever
it deems necessary, and undertakes the obligation to inform consumers of any
change through the page of the online store. Any modifications will apply from
the date of their posting on this website. It is clarified that any change of
these Terms of Use does not include orders which the customer has already
placed in our online store prior to the entry into force of the modifications
in accordance with the above. The use of www.valeri.gr after the aforementioned modification is
considered as acceptance of the Terms of Use as modified.
By accessing, browsing or using our Website and/or its
services, you declare and guarantee that you are at least eighteen (18) years
old.
The Company is bound as to the accuracy, truth and completeness of the
information presented in the online store, regarding both the identity of the
Company as well as the transactions provided through the online store. The
Company, within the framework of good faith, is not responsible and is not
bound by entries of electronic data made by error/oversight according to common
experience and is entitled to proceed with their correction whenever it becomes
aware of their existence. The above guarantees are subject to any technical or
typographical errors which cannot be foreseen or have arisen unintentionally or
due to interruptions in the operation of this website or due to force majeure.
In any case, if any price appears particularly high or low you may contact us
before completing your order.
The prices displayed for the products are final and include
VAT 24%. Customers outside the European Union are subject to any additional
charges that may arise from customs clearance, import duties, product
restrictions and other local requirements for which our company bears no
responsibility.
Website Availability
The Company makes every effort for the maintenance and availability of the
website and its content. However, it may at any time and without notice suspend
its operation (in whole or in part) temporarily or permanently (for
maintenance/upgrading/for any reason) or modify its content.
The Company bears no responsibility for damage arising from
inability of users to access the website.

Limitation of liability
The Company within the framework of its transactions from the online store is
not responsible and has no obligation for compensation for any damage or loss
arising from cancellation of orders, from non-execution or delay in execution
of them, for any reason. It does not guarantee the availability of the products
displayed in the online store, but informs based on the maintained data about
the availability or not of the interested customer and undertakes, in case of
change of this data, to inform customers in a timely manner about
non-availability, in which case it bears no further responsibility.
Within the framework of good faith and business practices,
the Company is not obliged to accept an order and conclude a sale of products
and/or services which, due to typographical or computer error, appear in the
online store with an incorrect price, i.e. lower or higher than the valid one
for the specific period of time. In case that in an order such a price error is
identified in only part of the ordered products, then the order is valid and
executed normally for the remaining products and is considered not completed
for the products in which the error was found, except in the case where the
items in the order are related, are intended to be used as a single set and
function as a unit with each other and the Customer declares that partial
fulfillment of the order does not serve his/her needs or interests, in which
case the Company must cancel the entire order.
The online store provides content (e.g. information, names,
photographs, depictions), products and services available through the website
“as they are”. In particular, for handmade products we clarify that due to the
nature of the materials and/or the work and/or the method of manufacture there
may be minor deviations in color and/or size and/or shape between the product
in the photograph displayed on the website and the one you will receive and/or
between more than one identical product. In any case, from the moment the
customer knows that it is a handmade product and by accepting the terms of use
upon completion of the purchase, they also accept any deviation in the characteristics
of the products either in relation to the photographs or between them.
In no case shall the Company be liable civilly or criminally
for any damage (positive, special or consequential, which indicatively and not
restrictively, alternatively and/or cumulatively consists of loss of profits,
data, lost profits, monetary satisfaction etc.) which may be suffered by a
visitor of the online store or third party for any reason related to the
operation or non-operation and/or use of the website and/or inability to
provide services and/or products and/or information provided through it or/and
from any unauthorized interventions by third parties in products and/or
services and/or information provided through it. Also the Company does not
guarantee that the same or any other related site or the servers through which
they are made available are provided without “viruses” or other harmful
components.
The website does not in any case guarantee the correctness,
completeness or availability of its content, pages, services, options or their
results.
Accuracy of billing and account information
We may, at our discretion, refuse, limit or cancel quantities purchased per
person or per order. These limitations may include orders placed under the same
customer account, the same credit card and/or orders using the same billing
and/or shipping address. In case of modification or cancellation of an order,
we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email or billing address/phone
number provided at the time of order. We reserve the right to restrict or
prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by agents, resellers
or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase
and account information for all purchases made in our store. You agree to
promptly update your account and other information, including your email
address and credit/debit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can
complete your transactions and contact you as necessary.
“Links” to other sites
The website valeri.gr does not control the availability, content, privacy
policy, quality and completeness of services of other websites and pages to
which it refers through links or advertising banners. Therefore, for any
problem that occurs during their visit/use you must contact directly the
respective websites, which bear full responsibility for their services. The
Company shall in no case be considered to endorse or accept the content or
services of the websites and pages to which it refers or to be connected with
them in any way.
Users and Members may follow our Company through its pages on Facebook and
Instagram (hereinafter “Social Media”) to learn news, comment and participate
in special promotional actions. Any products or services offered through Social
Media and all information shared, submitted or offered through its Social Media
accounts shall be subject to these General Terms unless otherwise agreed.
Furthermore, your interaction with Social Media may allow access and connection
to your personal Social Media accounts. We have no access to these and do not
control these services and therefore are not responsible for the actions and/or
omissions of social networking service providers. For this reason we recommend
that you carefully read the terms of these social networks.
Intellectual property rights
This website is the official online store of Viktoria Vasileiou and Co. O.E.
including trade names, trademarks, images, graphics, photographs, designs,
texts etc. which constitute its intellectual property and are protected under
the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international
conventions.
Any copying, analogue/digital recording & mechanical
reproduction, distribution, transfer, alteration, resale, creation of
derivative work or misleading the public regarding the actual provider of the
content of the website is prohibited. Reproduction, republication, uploading,
announcement, dissemination or transmission or any other use of the content in
any way or means for commercial or other purposes is permitted only with prior
written consent of the Company. Names, images, logos and distinguishing
features representing the online store www.valeri.gr or third parties and their products or services
are exclusive trademarks of Valeri Clothes or third parties protected by
relevant trademark laws and community & international laws. Their
appearance on the website shall in no way be construed as transfer or granting
of license or right of use.
User responsibility
Users of the website agree that they will not use the online store www.valeri.gr to send, publish,
email or transmit in any other way any content that is illegal, harmful,
threatening, offensive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, libelous,
violates the privacy of another, shows malice, or expresses racial, ethnic or
other discrimination, may cause harm to minors in any way, is not permitted to
be transmitted according to law or contractual or management relations (such as
internal information, proprietary and confidential information obtained or
disclosed as part of employment relationships or covered by confidentiality
agreements), violates any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other
proprietary rights of third parties, contains software viruses or any other
codes, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or impair the
operation of any software or hardware, intentionally or unintentionally
violates applicable Greek and EU law, may harass third parties in any way, and
any content used for collecting or storing personal data of other users.
User registration
User registration on the site is optional. Each customer registers only once.
The customer using the unique combination of Email Address (“EMAIL”) and
Password that they themselves have chosen and declared has the following
capabilities:
• To view the contents of their shopping cart (“My Cart”). The Cart shows the
products the customer has selected to order. The customer may place orders for
products, the review or modification (deletion of items, change of quantities)
of which is possible at any time until completion of the order.
• To complete their order and pay by selecting one of the payment methods
provided by the online store.
• To modify their Customer Account Details.
Registration and participation of the user is free,
personal, non-transferable and non-assignable. The user is responsible for the
information provided to the Company and the site relies exclusively on their declarations
regarding personal data. The data must be complete, true and updated. In case
of legal entity registration, the contact person and full company name must be
stated. In case of change of data, the user must immediately inform the
Company.
Personal data provided during registration is processed
exclusively for the purpose of account creation, communication regarding
transactions, order processing and delivery, payment, and sending
informational/marketing material.
For personal data processing, the terms of the Privacy
Policy apply. By registering, the user gives explicit consent for data
processing and confirms they have read and accepted all relevant policies.
Personal data protection
Processing is carried out in accordance with GDPR (EU 2016/679), applicable
Greek and European legislation, and decisions of the Data Protection Authority.
Security – Transaction confidentiality
All information transmitted is confidential. Security measures include SSL
technology and user authentication (username/password). SSL ensures secure
encrypted communication.
Newsletters
Newsletters are protected intellectual property. Subscription implies
acceptance of promotional emails. The Company may manage subscriptions.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify the Company and any related third parties for damages
arising from violation of these terms or applicable law.
Governing law and other terms
These terms are governed by Greek law, EU law and international conventions.
Invalidity of one term does not affect the validity of the rest. Failure to
enforce rights does not constitute waiver. This document constitutes the full
agreement between the Company and the user. No modification is valid unless
made in writing.
